As we see our next video from the Artist Farmer Scientist project, Wildfood Store is now a real thing! In recent times, edible wild produce has been supplied to places like Archie Rose Distillery, PS40 Bar, Bulletin Place Bar, Kitchen by Mike Restaurant, Coogee Pavilion Bar and Acre Restaurant. And in the mix, Diego has continued staging foraging tours and food events spreading knowledge of the abundant tasty things available to us if we care to look and discover.
